Department Support Assistant

- Customer Lab reservation management and online registering visitor profiles 
- Travel arrangement coordination for internal employees, and as well as overseas visitors 
- Event/Conference logistic and administrative support 
- Meeting logistic support, document preparation, and meal arrangement 
- Handling incoming and outgoing packages and paperwork for Customer Engineering teams 
- Filing online purchase request forms and purchase request/order tracking 
- General administrative support to Customer Engineering teams 
- Closely co-work with other supporting department in multiple office locations




- Good communications skills with local employees and overseas visitors 
- Like to interact with people and proactively being helpful to solve issues 
- Good skill in Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point 
- Good English communication ability, speaking/writing/listening 
- Detail-oriented and proactive work attitude 
- Able to cope with routine work and enjoy administration work 
- At least 1~2 years' administration experience
